FIX Systems Architectural Shipping and Returns Policy

 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with a certified engineer that any application of a FIX Systems Architectural product is suitable for its intended use and complies with relevant standards. FIX Systems Architectural reserve the right to alter product specifications without notice. In some cases FIX Systems Architectural products are protected by copyright and design registrations, all rights reserved.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping within Australia and to select international destinations.

For orders submitted prior to 2pm on business days, items in stock are generally dispatched the same day. Items not currently in stock and custom orders will be dispatched within approx 7-10 business days, customers will be advised of expected dispatch date via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

RETURN POLICY

All returns and exchanges, other than those required by Australian Consumer Law, require approval from FIX Systems Architectural prior to return or exchange.

Please note that there is no return or exchange available on specially procured, custom manufactured or modified items other than where required under Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with your return.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send you the replacement item once we receive and approve your returned item, however, outgoing delivery costs for all exchanges must be paid for by the customer prior to dispatch.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our Shipping and Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Shipping and Returns Policy at any time.
